CX Banking Index 2025 Evaluated 33 Mobile Services and Identified Leaders in Customer Experience

The results of the CX Banking Index 2025 study have been published, in which experts examined the user experience in 33 mobile banking applications in Uzbekistan. The iCX index, ranging from −10 to +10, assessed the entire customer journey — from registration and card linking to transfers, payments, and everyday use. Analysts recorded which elements simplify the process and which create barriers.

Garant Bank showed the best results in the "First Impression" category, followed by Ipak Yo‘li Bank, while Aloqabank and InfinBank shared third place. In the P2P transfer segment, Davr Bank became the leader, while Asakbank and InfinBank took second place. Uzum Bank leads in the "Payments" category, and Aziya Alyans Bank took first place in the overall Daily Banking rating, followed by Uzum Bank and Ipak Yo‘li Bank.

Experts note that the convenience of digital services has become a key factor in competition in the market. According to Alexey Ivanov, head of CX Lab, users instantly switch to another application if they encounter discomfort. The study, conducted jointly with Kursiv Uzbekistan and the Fintech Association of Central Asia, analyzed 218 indicators and is designed to improve the standards of digital financial services in the country.
