BYD has started selling the Atto 8 hybrid crossover in Uzbekistan — this is an export version of the new BYD Tang L, which debuted in China in the spring. In the local market, the model is offered exclusively in a hybrid version. The initial version with the DM-i installation is estimated at 529.8 million soums, which is equivalent to approximately 3.52 million rubles, and the all-wheel drive DM-p version costs 621.6 million soums, or about 4.12 million rubles.
The BYD Atto 8 is a full-size 7-seater crossover with a length of 5040 mm and a wheelbase of 2950 mm. The equipment includes a media system with a 15.4-inch screen, a panoramic roof, three-zone climate control, an audio system with 21 speakers and nine airbags. A high level of comfort and electronic assistants is already declared in the base.
The DM-i power plant combines a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 156 hp and an electric motor with 272 hp, providing acceleration to 100 km/h in 8.6 seconds and up to 103 km of travel on electric traction. The DM-p version is equipped with two electric motors with a total capacity of 544 hp, accelerates to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and is able to travel up to 152 km without turning on the internal combustion engine.
