Andijan transformed Mashrab Street into a round-the-clock gastro-mahalla

12 billion soums were spent on the reconstruction of the street, 50 facilities were opened and 120 jobs were created

On the eve of the New Year, Mashrab Street in the Urikzor mahalla was completely transformed and opened with a new look. Now it functions as a gastronomic, trade, service and tourist zone, receiving visitors around the clock. 12 billion soums were invested in the project, 50 facilities started operating along the street, and 120 permanent jobs were created.

In the evening and at night, the street turns into one of the busiest places in Andijan: modern infrastructure, bright lighting and convenient pedestrian zones make the walk comfortable and safe. It is planned to organize festive concerts for residents and tourists, which will add a special atmosphere to the street in the New Year days.

The opening of Mashrab Street has become part of the urban space development strategy aimed at supporting small businesses and increasing tourism activity. The project promises to become a new magnet for residents and visitors, combining gastronomy, shopping and entertainment in one place.
