Helicopter tours will begin in the Samarkand region in March, reports Zamon.uz. Uzbekistan Helicopters will deploy two helicopters for the first flights, which will take place over the Urgut, Kattakurgan, Nurabad, Ishtikhan, and Bulungur districts.
Tourists will be able to admire the picturesque landscapes and see new sites, including the recreation area near the Kattakurgan Reservoir and the al-Bukhari memorial complex. The tours promise to be a unique opportunity to experience the region's nature and culture from an unusual perspective.
The starting price for a flight will be about 100 US dollars. In the future, it is planned to expand the helicopter fleet and increase the number of flights depending on the demand for services.
