Hotels go digital: Tashkent discusses how AI is changing the hospitality industry

VII Hotel Business Forum brings together global brands and investors around the topic of artificial intelligence

On February 13–14, the VII Hotel Business Forum 2026 is taking place at the Hilton Tashkent City Hotel. The main theme is the use of artificial intelligence in tourism and HoReCa. The venue has brought together investors, developers, hotel managers, restaurateurs and international experts to discuss practical solutions and new business models.

The organizer is the Uzbekistan Hotel Association with the support of the Tourism Committee. The discussions focus on AI tools for managing hotels and restaurants, digital marketing, sustainable and "green" technologies, as well as the balance between automation and human service.

Among the participants are regional heads of Radisson Hotel Group, Hilton, Accor, Marriott International and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The program includes panel sessions, presentations of IT solutions, case studies and B2B meetings aimed at developing the competitiveness of the industry in the era of digital transformation.
