The Paynet payment system and Unitify have announced the launch of a partnership aimed at developing digital solutions for managing apartment buildings in Uzbekistan. The agreement was signed on February 11 at the "Movement" conference in Tashkent.
The companies intend to combine technological capabilities and experience to create a unified platform that will bring together management companies, homeowners associations, residents, and building infrastructure. The system covers processing applications and service requests, payments and billing, document management, as well as integration with engineering and digital systems: video surveillance, intercoms, access control systems, and metering devices.
According to Unitify CEO Ilya Sotonin, the project aims to improve the comfort, safety, and transparency of life in homes. Paynet, which has been operating since 2005, will provide payment services, while Unitify, founded in 2024, will bring experience in property management and digitalization of housing and communal services. The new platform will accelerate the digital transformation of the industry and create a full-fledged smart building experience for residents and management companies.
