In January 2026, Uzbekistan produced industrial products worth 85.1 trillion soums, which is 7.8% more than in the same period last year, according to the National Statistics Committee.
The largest contribution was made by the Navoi region — 27.1 trillion soums, ensuring leadership among all regions. The second place is occupied by the city of Tashkent with a figure of 13.9 trillion soums, the third — the Tashkent region with 12.2 trillion soums.
Among other regions, the indicators are significantly lower: Andijan region — 4.4 trillion soums, Samarkand region — 3.8 trillion soums, Fergana region — 3.5 trillion soums, Bukhara region — 3.2 trillion soums. The smallest volume of industry was recorded in the Surkhandarya region — only 1.1 trillion soums, which emphasizes the gap between the regions.
