How Wildberries Became the Main Growth Channel for a Smartphone Seller

The Experience of the In Touch Store

The e-commerce market in Uzbekistan continues to grow rapidly: by the end of 2025, online sales reached 22.7 trillion soums, increasing by about 1.5 times. Against this background, marketplaces are becoming an important channel for the development of technology sellers. One example is Benchmark, with its In Touch store, which started operating on the Wildberries platform in 2024, focusing on the sale of smartphones and smart home devices.

The focus was on a wide range of products and delivery from their own warehouse, which allowed them to flexibly manage inventory and quickly respond to demand. The company also paid great attention to the design of product cards — images, descriptions, and device characteristics — to make it easier for customers to choose the right model. In the first months, this approach helped to significantly increase sales. The main flow of orders now comes from Samarkand, although the company is gradually expanding its presence in other regions of the country.

The platform's own tools played a significant role. In particular, connecting a discount for regular customers, which Wildberries compensates for by reducing its own commission. After its activation, the store's sales increased first by 87%, and then by another 46% in just one month. The bestseller was the Honor X6c smartphone: more than 800 devices were sold in the first 3 months. An additional growth driver was the express delivery model by the seller, which allows faster order processing and increases customer loyalty.
