According to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, as of April 1, 2026, commercial banks have issued a total of 69.72 million bank cards. In the first quarter of 2026, the turnover of payment terminal operations reached 129.13 trillion soums. There are 442.45 thousand payment terminals operating in the country, and the number of ATMs and info kiosks exceeded 44.81 thousand units.
Xalq Bank remains the leader in the number of cards issued with 11.39 million units. Agrobank is in second place with 6.62 million cards, and Uzum Bank is third with 6.35 million. Xalq Bank also ranks first in the number of ATMs and info kiosks (3132 units), followed by Agrobank and Kapitalbank. In the payment terminal segment, Hamkorbank leads with 60,982 devices.
Aloqabank showed the highest terminal turnover for January–March — 16.45 trillion soums. TBC Bank is in second place (9.96 trillion soums), and the National Bank of Uzbekistan is third (9.56 trillion soums). TBC Bank took second place in turnover despite not having its own terminal network.
