A delegation from Fergana Region, led by Deputy Khokim Nuriddin Mamajonov, visited China, where they held a series of meetings aimed at expanding trade, economic, and investment cooperation. The main focus was on developing industrial cooperation and attracting Chinese businesses to regional projects.
During the visit, a round table was held at the Xinjiang-Henan Chamber of Commerce, where the Uzbek side presented the region's investment potential and outlined key development areas. Following the negotiations, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the Chamber's chairman, Chen Huai Liang, solidifying intentions for further partnership.
Separately, the parties discussed projects in the "Shinjon Zhouhua" International E-commerce Industrial Park, including the possible development of foreign trade, automotive manufacturing, and auto component production. The idea of creating a similar e-commerce industrial park in Fergana Region itself was also considered.
