UzCard sharply accelerated profit growth: +42% in a quarter and dividends of hundreds of billions of sums

The payment system strengthens financial performance and prepares record payouts to shareholders

The net profit of "Unified National Processing Center" JSC (UzCard) for the first quarter of 2026 increased by 42.2% and reached 437.4 billion sums according to unaudited IFRS reports. The company continues to demonstrate stable dynamics amid the growth of cashless payments and the expansion of digital infrastructure in the country.

Financial indicators also showed confident strengthening: assets increased by 34.8% and reached 1.4 trillion sums, capital grew by 38.8% to 1.2 trillion sums. Retained earnings rose to 1.2 trillion sums, adding more than 40% over the year, and net revenue amounted to 621.7 billion sums with operating profit of 421.7 billion sums.

The Supervisory Board recommended allocating 13,300 sums per share for dividends, which could amount to about 665 billion sums in payouts. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is scheduled for May 25 and will consider the distribution of profits for both the first quarter and previous periods. Against the backdrop of the privatization of the state share in 2022, UzCard remains one of the key players in Uzbekistan's payment infrastructure with significant profitability growth.
