Negotiations were held at Uzbekneftegaz with representatives of the Chinese company CNLC, which is part of the CNPC corporation. The parties discussed expanding cooperation in the field of oil and gas equipment and service technologies.
The main focus was on the supply of drilling equipment, including a ZJ90 rig with a lifting capacity of 650 tons, as well as the development of geophysical services for work on deep and high-temperature wells. Logging, testing, and perforation technologies in complex geological conditions were also specifically considered.
Prospects for purchasing specialized equipment for high-temperature and high-pressure operations were also discussed, as well as the possible creation of a joint venture for the localization of service works. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue working on the commercial and technical terms of cooperation.
