In Uzbekistan, a meeting was held with a delegation from the Republic of Korea, comprising representatives of 15 companies operating in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, as part of the Pharma Eurasia & MedTech exhibition.
The parties discussed the market situation, investment opportunities, and ongoing reforms aimed at developing the industry. Special attention was paid to the prospects of production localization and the introduction of modern technologies in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
South Korean companies positively assessed the current changes in the industry and expressed interest in expanding their presence in the Uzbekistan market, including participation in joint investment and production projects.
