An international business forum "Cooperation Without Borders" was held in the Tashkent region, dedicated to developing partnership between the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan and the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan. The event was part of the implementation of agreements between the presidents of the two countries to expand interregional cooperation.
Official delegations, business representatives, and investors participated in the forum. In total, the event gathered about 200 entrepreneurs. The delegation of the Turkestan region was headed by the Akim of the region, Nuralhan Kusherov, and the Uzbek side was represented by the Hokim of the Tashkent region, Zoir Mirzaev. Participants discussed prospects for the development of trade, investment, tourism, and industrial cooperation.
One of the key topics was the implementation of the "Central Asia" International Industrial Cooperation Center project, which is considered an important tool for expanding economic ties between border regions.
