Uzbek startup Lidavex wins Startup World Cup and advances to global finals

The MedTech project from Tashkent attracted investors' attention and got a chance to compete for $1 million

Uzbek startup Lidavex, founded by Kamola Mirzhalilova, became the winner of the regional stage of the international Startup World Cup competition – one of the largest competitions for technology projects. The victory secured the company's entry into the global finals, where the strongest teams from around the world will gather.

The Lidavex project operates in the field of maternal and child health and develops a MedTech direction related to medical data analysis. The development is based on the CerviLite device, which uses LiDAR technology to collect real-time information during childbirth. This data is used for AI training and further diagnostics, including identifying risks of cervical cancer, monitoring fertility, and observing changes in the body during perimenopause.

The startup has already received support from international organizations, including JPMorgan, Stanford Biodesign, and Google programs, and also collaborates with medical integrator InterSystems. In the Startup World Cup finals, which will take place on November 6, 2026, in San Francisco, the project will compete for the main prize of $1 million along with more than 100 other regional stage winners.
