At the Tashkent International Investment Forum TIIF 2026, the Enterprise Uzbekistan center presented the concept of a specialized technological jurisdiction aimed at attracting international IT companies, AI developers, data center operators, and research and development structures of global corporations.
A key feature of the platform is a special legal regime, including elements of English and Welsh law, as well as legislative stability until 2100. Residents are provided with tax and administrative preferences, including simplified registration procedures, a "single window" regime, and special conditions for conducting technology business.
It is separately emphasized that the jurisdiction offers enhanced guarantees for investment protection, including a ban on nationalization and expropriation of assets, the possibility of free movement of capital, and repatriation of profits. Preferential tax conditions are also declared, including a zero corporate income tax rate in priority areas and exemption from personal income tax for foreign specialists.
