Uzbekneftegaz held talks with the management of Siemens Energy within the framework of the Tashkent International Investment Forum. The parties discussed expanding cooperation and introducing modern technological solutions in the oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan.
One of the key topics of the meeting was the modernization of existing gas turbine units at Uzbekneftegaz facilities. The negotiators also considered the prospects for designing and building new compressor stations, which should increase the efficiency of production infrastructure.
Special attention was paid to attracting investments and technological modernization of enterprises in the fuel and energy complex. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to begin preparing comprehensive technical and economic proposals, which will form the basis for the implementation of joint projects in the near future.
