Uzbekistan's Minister of Digital Technologies, Sherzod Shermatov, held a trilateral meeting with the leadership of DataVolt and Oracle. The main topic of discussion was the development of digital infrastructure and strengthening the country's position as a technological hub in the region.
The parties discussed the construction of large data centers, the implementation of cloud solutions, and the integration of Oracle platforms with DataVolt's infrastructure. The discussion focused on applying these technologies in both the public sector and the business environment, with an emphasis on scalability and system security.
Particular attention was paid to the requirements for future data centers: power supply, cybersecurity, and compliance with international standards. The meeting concluded with the signing of a memorandum that provides for the development of a cloud ecosystem, the digitalization of public services, and the participation of Uzbek specialists in international IT projects.
