The Fund notes that the Sovereign Financing Database allows tracking large financial projects, analyzing the distribution of funds among countries, and assessing the role of international financial institutions in the region's development. The system is updated quarterly and includes information on projects, financing volumes, terms of fund provision, and stages of their implementation.
