Uzbekistan Studies Moscow's Healthcare Digitalization Experience

The country's delegation familiarized themselves with artificial intelligence, telemedicine, robotic laboratories, and digital patient routing.

Representatives from Uzbekistan studied Moscow's experience in implementing digital technologies in the healthcare system. During the visit, the delegation familiarized themselves with modern approaches to managing medical institutions, automating processes, and utilizing new technologies.

During meetings with representatives of the Moscow government, the Uzbek side was presented with a unified healthcare management model based on the digitalization of medical services and the creation of a continuous patient support system – from initial contact to specialized treatment.

The delegation visited City Polyclinic No. 220, operating under the "My Polyclinic" standard, where they studied the organization of primary care, electronic patient registration, visitor flow management, and preventive programs.

Uzbekistan's representatives also familiarized themselves with the work of the S.P. Botkin Moscow Multidisciplinary Scientific and Clinical Center, where modern diagnostic, surgical, and digital patient routing methods are applied.

Special attention was paid to pediatric medicine, palliative care, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence technologies. Specialists demonstrated systems for remote doctor interaction, robotic laboratory diagnostics, and digital medical data management.

In addition, the delegation was shown modern methods of training surgeons using simulation equipment. The experience gained can be used in the further development of Uzbekistan's digital healthcare infrastructure.
