A large investment project worth $300 million is planned for implementation in New Andijan, which includes the construction of a modern park, water park, and residential complex. The corresponding agreement was signed by Sanderson City and the South Korean company U&K Global.
In the first stage of the project, $45 million will be invested. New Andijan will feature a park with recreation areas and a water park with water attractions designed for visitors of different age groups. The commissioning of the facilities is scheduled for March 21, 2028 – for the celebration of Navruz.
It is expected that the new complex will increase the tourist attractiveness of the Andijan region, boost visitor flow, and provide additional impetus to the development of the service sector.
The second stage involves the construction of a modern residential complex with a total area of about 750 thousand square meters. The project includes the necessary infrastructure, modern safety standards, and a comfortable urban environment.
The implementation of the initiative is expected to contribute to the development of the construction industry, attract new investments, and create jobs in the region.
