International company ADEC Innovations is exploring the possibility of opening a service center in Uzbekistan. The potential project involves providing services in Global Business Services, data processing, and software development.
Prospects for cooperation were discussed by representatives of ADEC Innovations and IT Park Uzbekistan within the framework of the Global Business Services Forum 2026. The meeting was attended by Jahongir Kagirov, Export Development Director of IT Park Uzbekistan, and Praveen S. Izhava, Global Business Services Development Director of ADEC Innovations.
ADEC Innovations operates in more than 17 countries and employs over 3,500 people. The company specializes in global business services, environmental consulting, data analytics, and business process outsourcing.
The parties consider Uzbekistan as a potential regional hub for service operations. The possible center could handle data processing, software development, and implement projects in impact sourcing – creating jobs through digital outsourcing.
The negotiators also discussed specialist training and the development of educational programs for young people. As part of the cooperation, it is planned to explore opportunities for forming a talent pool for international service companies.
IT Park Uzbekistan and ADEC Innovations agreed to continue evaluating the prospects for launching the company's projects in the country and to determine further areas of interaction.
