International outsourcing company Emapta is considering Uzbekistan as a new platform for expanding its global service operations. The possibility of establishing a local presence and launching pilot projects was discussed by company representatives, the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, and IT Park Uzbekistan at the Global Business Services Forum 2026.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed the prospects for opening dedicated teams, training specialists, and the potential establishment of an Emapta operational center in the country. Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan presented the advantages of Uzbekistan for international service companies, including the availability of qualified personnel, competitive business conditions, government support, and cooperation with universities for specialist training.
Emapta has been operating since 2010 and specializes in outsourcing, Employer of Record services, and managing distributed teams. The company currently employs over 10,000 people and has operational sites in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Its clients include organizations from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Moving forward, the parties plan to develop a roadmap for cooperation and identify areas for potential business development in Uzbekistan.
