A meeting was held at JSC "Tashkent Metro" with representatives from Jilin Railway Vocational and Technical University of China. The main topic of negotiations was the training of qualified specialists for the metro and the development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and China in the educational sphere.
Participants discussed improving employees' professional knowledge and skills, implementing modern training programs, and strengthening practical training for specialists. Special attention was paid to experience exchange and studying advanced international approaches to personnel training for the railway industry.
The parties also considered the possibilities of applying modern technologies in metro operations, regular upskilling of employees, and forming a talent pool. Following the meeting, participants confirmed their interest in long-term cooperation and joint specialist training.
