LEADERS GROUP TEAM from Bukhara significantly increased its export of services to the US market. In the first half of 2026, the volume of exports reached $1.43 million, whereas for the entire year 2025, the figure was $963.5 thousand.
The company specializes in remote BPO services for American transportation and logistics businesses. It develops centers in Uzbekistan and other countries, attracting local specialists with English language skills to work with international clients.
According to the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, the total volume of services provided by the company grew from 11.66 billion soums in 2025 to 17.07 billion soums in just the first six months of 2026.
At the same time, the company is actively expanding its staff. While in 2024 it had only one employee, by 2025 the number of employees reached 111. Currently, the team consists of 150 specialists.
Company representatives informed the Minister of Digital Technologies about plans for further business expansion, increasing the number of jobs and export geography, as well as boosting BPO service volumes.
The ministry notes that the development of such centers provides young people with the opportunity to work with foreign companies, improve their English language skills, and acquire in-demand digital skills. Moreover, the export of IT and BPO services allows the country to increase foreign exchange earnings through intellectual labor without creating large-scale industrial infrastructure.
