Uzbekistan and Poland intend to expand cooperation in the fields of digitalization, cybersecurity, innovation, and scientific research. This was announced following a meeting between Uzbekistan's Ambassador Amirsayid Agzamkhodjaev and Poland's Deputy Minister of Digitalization Rafał Rosiński.
One of the areas of cooperation will be the collaboration between the Polish institute NASK and research organizations under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan.
The parties paid special attention to the training of IT specialists. The Uzbek Cyber University plans to establish partnerships with the Warsaw University of Technology, the University of Warsaw, and the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
The cooperation will involve student and faculty exchange, the launch of joint educational and research projects, and the training of cybersecurity specialists.
To further discuss specific projects, representatives of the two countries plan to hold a video conference.
