IT Park Ventures announced an investment in the Uzbek startup DOMO, which develops a digital platform for utility payments and management. The deal was announced during the Silk Road Finance & Technology Forum.
DOMO consolidates utility payments into a single service. Users can pay for services, monitor consumption and expenses, add multiple properties, and set up automatic payments. The platform also provides tools for data analysis and cost management.
According to the company, the number of registered users exceeds 2.3 million. Approximately 1.5 million people use the service monthly, and the daily audience is about 700,000 users.
The startup will use the funds received from IT Park Ventures to develop its product and expand its business. Plans include entering new territories, developing sales and partner networks, marketing, expanding the team, and modernizing IT infrastructure.
IT Park Ventures noted DOMO's technological foundation and the service's potential for further scaling. Startup founder Alisher Tojiev stated that the investment will help make the platform faster, more convenient, and more accessible to users.
