Uzbekistan and France intend to expand cooperation between the technology and startup ecosystems of the two countries. Negotiations took place in Paris as part of the International Space Summit. Representatives of Uzbekistan discussed with Julie Huguet, Director of the central office of La French Tech, opportunities for French startups to enter the republic's market, and for Uzbek technology companies to enter the markets of France and other European countries.

The parties paid special attention to the development of institutional ties between startup ecosystems. This refers to La French Tech programs that help technology companies enter international markets, find investors, and establish contacts with industry participants. The preparation of a Memorandum of Understanding between IT Park Uzbekistan and La French Tech was also discussed.

Another direction could be the launch of La French Tech's activities directly in Uzbekistan with the establishment of a representative office of the organization. In addition, French startups may be offered IT Park Uzbekistan's Soft Landing and Startup Exchange programs to enter the Uzbek market. La French Tech representatives also received an invitation to visit the international exhibition ICT WEEK Uzbekistan.
