IT Park Uzbekistan and the international technology company Vention discussed business expansion in Uzbekistan, growth of IT service exports, and attracting new foreign projects. The meeting took place on September 9 during the visit of Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, to the company's office. The parties reviewed Vention's current activities, work with foreign clients, and team formation for international projects.
One of the key issues was increasing Vention's staff in Uzbekistan. The company notes a growing demand for qualified specialists for projects in FinTech and corporate solution development. IT Park Uzbekistan is ready to assist with finding personnel with experience in the international market, as well as support team development and human capital. Separately, strengthening the trust of clients from the USA and Europe in Uzbek IT specialists was discussed.
To expand cooperation with foreign clients, the parties are considering joint business events and business trips to the USA, Great Britain, and Germany. The launch of new international projects directly from Uzbekistan was also discussed, and consultations were provided on tax issues when providing services to foreign clients. Following the meeting, the parties agreed on joint initiatives aimed at increasing Vention's exports and attracting new foreign projects to the country.
