IT Park Uzbekistan held negotiations with Princeville Capital and Hypernova Capital on attracting international investments into the country's technology companies. The meeting took place within the framework of ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2026. The parties considered opportunities for financing startups at various stages – from early-stage projects to fast-growing companies.
With Princeville Capital, the creation of a pipeline of promising Uzbek artificial intelligence startups was discussed. It is assumed that such projects will be able to enter the fund's investment flow, and then attract capital from other international investors.
A separate area of negotiations with Hypernova Capital was attracting Asian LP investors to Uzbekistan's venture ecosystem. Participants also considered co-investment mechanisms with local funds and expanding startups' access to a global network of investors.
In addition, the parties discussed the entry of Uzbek technology companies into foreign markets and the development of contacts with investors and mentors from Silicon Valley, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Potential areas named include artificial intelligence, industry, digital transformation, and sustainable development. Following the meeting, the participants agreed to continue working on international financing for AI startups and strengthening the local venture ecosystem's ties with global investors.
