According to the head of state, artificial intelligence and big data analysis are already transforming industry, transport, energy, agriculture, education, and public administration. The development of these areas requires not only technical capacities but also qualified personnel, scientific research, and technology companies. In this regard, Uzbekistan proposed joint programs for training specialists and supporting scientific initiatives.

Another proposal was the Regional Atlas of In-Demand Professions and Competencies, which will help forecast personnel shortages and plan training taking into account the needs of the region's economies. The meeting in Avaza was held for the first time with the participation of Azerbaijan.
