Lawformer, a developer of a legal AI platform, has partnered with TBC Uzbekistan to automate contract management. The solution integrates directly into Microsoft Word and helps prepare documents, check their content, and interact with other company departments. The implementation aims to reduce the routine workload on the legal team as the business expands, without requiring changes to familiar workflows.
The platform connects to open national legal databases to account for legislation and its application practice in the region's countries. Supported languages include Uzbek and Russian. For Lawformer, cooperation with TBC Uzbekistan is part of its Central Asian development strategy, which the company considers alongside the markets of Central and Eastern Europe. TBC notes that using the tool allows for optimizing contract work amid an increasing volume of legal tasks.
As part of its regional expansion, Lawformer, in collaboration with the European Legal Technology Association (ELTA), will host the Legal Tech Meetup 2026 conference. The event is scheduled for November 21–22 in Tbilisi and will gather corporate lawyers, representatives of law firms, and technology companies from more than 25 countries. The program also includes a presentation by Saidazim Saidkamalov, Head of the Legal Department at TBC Bank.
