An initiative called U-10 will unite the country's leading universities into a single educational platform that assesses the quality of education, scientific achievements, and the success of graduates.
Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies Rustam Karimdjonov met with a representative of the British organization Times Higher Education on the initiative of the Uzbek Embassy in London. The parties discussed the prospects for implementing the U-10 project, which is designed to increase the competitiveness of national universities in the international arena.
THE representatives also invited a delegation from Uzbekistan to participate in an event in London from May 17 to May 20, 2026.
The project will allow the country's universities to exchange experiences with leading universities around the world and improve the training of specialists to meet the requirements of the modern labor market.
