From January 2026, Uzbekistan Airways introduces updated rules for domestic flights: if a passenger misses the first or previous segment of the route, the booking for subsequent segments will not be canceled. Now passengers will be able to continue flying on the remaining part of the route indicated on the ticket, while the cost of the missed segments is not refunded, with the exception of airport fees. Tickets with missed segments are not subject to re-registration.
For international flights, the rules remain the same: missing the first segment leads to the cancellation of all subsequent segments without notification, with the possibility of voluntary return or re-registration of the ticket.
The company emphasized that the changes are aimed at improving the convenience of passengers within the country and adapting procedures to modern aviation practices, making flights more flexible and convenient.
