Tashkent Airport has become more convenient for passengers with reduced mobility

It has received 30 specialized wheelchairs

Tashkent Airport has received 30 specialized wheelchairs as part of a joint social initiative by JSC "Uzbekistan Airports" and JSC "Organization of Electronic Online Auctions". The new devices will be provided free of charge to passengers with disabilities in the arrival and departure halls of the international terminal, as well as in the domestic airlines terminal.

The goal is to make movement around the airport safer and more convenient, improve service quality, and create an accessible environment for all travelers. Passengers will be able to move freely between check-in counters, boarding gates, and waiting areas without experiencing unnecessary difficulties.

The press service of Uzbekistan Airports noted that creating a comfortable and accessible environment for passengers with special needs is a priority, and the transfer of specialized wheelchairs is another step toward safe and comfortable travel for everyone.
