The Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan, Laziz Kudratov, met with Ivo Bols, President for Europe and Africa at Air Products. The parties discussed the current status of joint projects and possible new investment initiatives aimed at developing the economy and technology in the country.
Special attention was paid to the launch of the innovative educational platform American Makerspace in Karshi. The project focuses on the development of STEAM areas and involves the formation of practical engineering skills among young people, as well as the development of creative and critical thinking, which is in demand in the modern global economy.
Following the negotiations, the parties reaffirmed their mutual interest in further expanding the strategic partnership. The implementation of new initiatives, according to the meeting participants, should contribute to the sustainable economic growth of Uzbekistan and strengthen its technological potential.
