Centrum Air is implementing its own crew resource management (CRM) training system with the support of Acron Aviation. The partner implemented an instructor training program, transferring key competencies to the carrier's internal team for conducting training independently. This allows the company to move from external training to its own sustainable training model.
Acron Aviation experts developed an adapted program, conducted a series of seminars, and supported the initial implementation phase. The main emphasis is on the human factor, interaction within the crew, and improving the efficiency of decision-making. This approach makes it possible not only to quickly deploy training, but also to ensure its long-term development within the airline.
According to Centrum Air, the implementation of CRM strengthens the flight safety system and helps in achieving strategic goals, including compliance with the requirements of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. Transferring competencies to its own instructors reduces dependence on external providers and increases the level of pilot training, which is especially important against the background of the airline's expansion.
