In Uzbekistan, a regional service center of the ZTE corporation has started operating at the IT Park in Tashkent. The new facility will serve customers in Uzbekistan, Central Asia, and parts of Europe, as well as support the development of the region's digital infrastructure.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Digital Technologies, Sherzod Shermatov, who noted that the emergence of such a center confirms the country's growing attractiveness to international IT companies and investors.
The center will be engaged in technical support, implementation of digital solutions, and development of services aimed at accelerating digital transformation. Special attention is paid to the development of cloud technologies, data centers, and the export of IT services, as well as the training of specialists.
During the meeting, representatives of ZTE and the Uzbek side discussed the development of data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the integration of renewable energy sources, as well as measures to improve the reliability of digital systems in the region.
