The delegation from the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan at the "Data Center & AI Infrastructure Central Asia 2026" conference in Astana presented large-scale reforms and initiatives for the development of artificial intelligence and data processing centers.
On April 16–17, the Uzbek side provided detailed information about the active work to strengthen digital infrastructure, significantly expand computing power, and create the most favorable conditions for the placement of modern data centers focused specifically on AI technologies. These steps are designed to turn Uzbekistan into a regional hub for artificial intelligence.
