On April 17, an important meeting took place in Tashkent at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan with the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan, Duishonkul Chotonov, where the parties discussed specific steps to significantly expand trade and economic cooperation and strengthen ties between the business communities of the two countries.
Special attention was paid to the preparation for major joint events: in June, Bishkek will host the next meeting of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz Business Council and a large business forum with a series of B2B meetings. Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to directly find partners and launch new projects.
The parties also considered the prospects for joint work in trade, logistics, agriculture and industrial cooperation. Following the negotiations, mutual readiness was confirmed to maximize business ties and quickly implement all agreed initiatives.
