According to the National Statistics Committee, as of March 1, 2026, there are 421 enterprises with United Arab Emirates capital operating in Uzbekistan. Of these, 143 companies are registered as joint ventures, and 278 are wholly foreign-owned entities.
The main focus of investments is on industry, with 132 companies operating in this sector. Trade ranks second with 106 enterprises, which highlights the interest of Emirati capital in both production and distribution of goods in the local market.
Next are information technology and communications (44 companies), transport and logistics (23), and construction (19). A smaller share falls on the hospitality sector, healthcare, and agriculture. Overall, the structure shows that UAE investments in Uzbekistan are distributed across key infrastructural and commercial areas, forming a stable presence in the country's economy.
