Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Industry and Information Technology of China, Xiong Jijun. The negotiations focused on expanding cooperation in industry and the digital sphere.
The Uzbek side presented key development priorities, including the implementation of the "Digital Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy. Discussions covered the development of digital infrastructure, information and communication technologies, the introduction of artificial intelligence-based solutions, and support for the digital economy.
Separately, the parties considered prospects for joint projects and experience exchange in industrial production. They also discussed the training and professional development of specialists, as well as the creation of technological platforms to deepen cooperation between the two countries.
