The parties discussed the modernization of digital infrastructure, expanding public access to internet services, and measures to improve digital literacy. Special attention was paid to the introduction of affordable devices and the development of tariff models that can make communication more accessible to the population.

The negotiations also touched upon the integration of satellite systems with mobile networks and the international regulation of low-orbit satellite technologies. GSMA representatives noted the country's progress in developing its startup ecosystem and digital competencies, confirming their readiness for further cooperation.
