Negotiations were held in Uzbekistan with the participation of Energy Minister Jurabek Mirzamahmudov and representatives of the international oilfield services company SLB. The meeting was dedicated to developing cooperation in the energy sector and introducing modern technologies.

Key areas of interaction were discussed, including geological exploration, drilling, digital modeling of fields, and increasing the efficiency of hydrocarbon production. Special emphasis was placed on the digitalization of the industry and the creation of modern databases for resource management.

The parties also touched upon issues of personnel training and the development of professional competencies in energy. SLB presented international practices of educational programs implemented jointly with universities. Following the meeting, it was agreed to continue cooperation and hold a practical seminar in early June on digital technologies and the application of AI in drilling and field development.
