Tashkent Pharma Park Delegation Studied the Experience of Indian Clusters

The trip allowed them to get acquainted with the infrastructure, production, and modern environmental solutions

A delegation from the Tashkent Pharma Park pharmaceutical cluster visited leading industrial zones in India – SIIDCUL, Telangana Life Sciences, and Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City. During the visit, Uzbek specialists studied the operation of industrial clusters, engineering and communication infrastructure, and production sites built according to GMP standards.

Particular attention was paid to issues of environmental sustainability and wastewater treatment at common effluent treatment plants (CETP). The delegation also visited Arogya Formulations and Akums Drugs, where they familiarized themselves with drug production processes, quality control systems, and modern technological solutions.

During the meetings, opportunities for strategic cooperation, technology transfer, the development of innovative ecosystems, and the expansion of export potential were discussed. The results of the trip will allow the application of India's advanced experience to modernize Tashkent Pharma Park and create a modern production environment in Uzbekistan.
