President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed proposals to improve the effectiveness of compliance control in the judicial system. It is planned to establish a Compliance Control Service within the structure of the Supreme Court, directly subordinate to the chairman, and compliance inspectors will be introduced in regional courts.
The new unit will be responsible for identifying and preventing corruption risks, monitoring compliance with legislation and professional ethics, and eliminating the causes of violations. Electronic systems for submitting and analyzing income and conflict of interest declarations for judges and staff are being introduced.
In addition, digital monitoring tools will be used to track suspicious schemes and disciplinary violations, ensuring whistleblower protection and creating secure communication channels for citizens. These measures are aimed at increasing transparency and trust in the judicial system.
