The TLDCON 2026 conference will take place in the capital of Uzbekistan. The event is scheduled to start on September 22. However, on September 21, a preliminary expert session on universal acceptance will be held, where the development of a common system of relevant indicators will be discussed.

The program includes eight thematic blocks and presentations by specialists from different countries. The sessions will cover the integration of artificial intelligence into network infrastructure, cybersecurity issues, regulatory frameworks, domain promotion, and personnel training.

The first day will focus on special modes of working with domains, the functioning of DNS resolvers, the use of AI in internet infrastructure, and the promotion of domain names. A separate interactive block, GoCreate!, will be dedicated to modern technologies and unconventional marketing solutions. Among the speakers are representatives of Russian and foreign registries, technical companies, and international organizations.

The second day will be dedicated to protecting domain infrastructure. Experts will analyze prospective risks for national registrars, including attacks using AI agents, methods of countering DNS abuse, threat analysis, and modeling protection measures.

The program will conclude with a youth block: participants will discuss the involvement of young specialists in internet governance, relevant competencies, and educational initiatives.
