Around 4:00 Moscow time, power outages were recorded in one of the zones of the Yandex Cloud platform. Due to the incident, a number of Yandex services stopped working or began to function intermittently.

Users encountered problems when using Yandex Go, Yandex Pay, the smart home control system “Dom s Alisoy” and other company products. The consequences of the failure may be wider: malfunctions can affect third-party services that use the Yandex Cloud infrastructure for their work.

The official cause of the incident has not yet been disclosed. It was previously reported that two Yandex data centers were damaged as a result of drone attacks. It is unknown whether the current outages are related to previous incidents.
