Innovation startup parks will be established in the regions of Uzbekistan to support entrepreneurs, develop new projects, and implement scientific developments. These measures are enshrined in Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 553 of October 9, 2026. The new institutions will operate within the system of the Agency for Innovation Development under the Ministry of Education and Science.

The sites will organize business incubation and acceleration programs, and entrepreneurs will be able to receive organizational, legal, financial, and marketing services in one place. The parks will also help certify and register innovative products, protect intellectual property, promote goods domestically and abroad, and participate in national and international exhibitions.

The Ministry of Education and Science will establish interaction between the parks and universities and their startup studios. The Khokimiyats of Karakalpakstan, regions, and Tashkent will determine cities and districts for locating the sites, taking into account local initiatives. Coordination will be carried out by the Agency for Innovation Development. Production facilities within the startup parks are planned to be leased through electronic online auctions.
