An investment project for organizing the production of mini-tractors was presented in the Fergana region. The meeting between the khokim of the region, Khairullo Bozorov, and the head of the Chinese company INTOP, Li Yintao, took place in the Kushtepa district and was dedicated to practical issues of launching a new enterprise with the participation of investors from China.
During the negotiations, the parties noted the progressive development of Uzbek-Chinese relations and emphasized the role of China as one of the key investors in the economy of Uzbekistan. The strengthening of partnership ties between the Fergana region and the Chinese province of Shandong, as well as the transition of previously reached agreements from discussions to real implementation, were also noted separately.
Li Yintao spoke about the parameters of the project, including production capacity, investment volume, and the number of jobs planned to be created. The khokim of the region supported the initiative, emphasizing the importance of introducing modern technologies and increasing the export potential of products. Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further phased interaction to launch production.
